Concert & Events Application

Application for a Concert & Event Permit. Required for all concerts and events where music is performed. Royalty rates: 5% for music as main event, 3% where music is important but not sole entertainment. Minimum charge $168.75 for Open Air events or $450.00 for concerts (Live performances). VAT Inclusive. SCOPE OF TARIFF: (1) This tariff applies to the performances of Specially Featured Entertainment whether by live or recorded means at concerts, fetes, dubs, shows, festivals, celebrations, and other similar events where there is a charge for admission. (2) Excluded from this tariff are performances of featured music at Carnival Events (see Tariff CO). (3) This tariff applies to the copyright in the musical works of composers, authors, and publishers.
